Prior to current ownership (from 1997 to 2003) property yielded 417.8 tonnes (average of 69.64 tonnes per year) Under current ownership (2004 to 2007) total yield of 468 tonnes (average of 117 tonnes per year), (145 tonnes 2007 season). The 2007 season yield was the highest in the area by over 1 tonne per hectare.
